We were looking at the Ribble Valley results last night Chick and it did seem to ve on a par with the Rothwell 10K for strength in depth....800+ runners with 200+ under 40 minutes.

I didnt realise you were doing it though. 51:41 is fantastic, especially following some downtime.

So back at the top of your game, eh?:D

And a new highest WAVA of 60.89% :T:T

Well, yes it would look like I'm back on the pace, although it came as quite a surprise. I was expecting 54-55 mins. I'm really pleased, I thought I'd had my best 10k much earlier in the year. I'm looking forward to next weekend's half. It should be good fun. Hopefully there won't be any knee-deep puddles!!

I'm 42 now, so it could even have broken through into the 61%+

The WAVA must be the best thing about birthdays! :D

The worst thing about the New Year is that we have to do all the hard work again just to satisfy Rich! ;)
