Some really great runs from everyone despite weather conditions.
I am still not running due to knee, had an X-ray today and waiting for appointment to come through!!!- my 4yr old said today "can't you just go for a run mum, you are sooo stressed" :-)oh dear she is right though never realised quite how much I needed to run. Can you take new years 10km off list for me gutted not to be running it but will be there cheering on my mum and family (its become quite a family event!)(Family of 5: 2 adults & 3 children aged 7yrs, 4yrs, and 18months)0 -
No running and no works Xmas meal for me. Five hours to get home yesterday afternoon  Central Reading is still not great (colleagues who live there and walked to meal and walked home) are staying home today too, having just chatted to a couple on IM.
Sorry to hear about your knee tq16 - hope it gets sorted out soon. I might be whinging about the weather but at least that should thaw - eventually!0 -
oh dear, I blame my friends!
Invite themselves up from Bedford, spend a few days eating, drinking and being merry then sodding off and left us with the aftermath. No running as you can probably gather, will start again tomorrow.
Well done on your continued sucesses becky and rich, great 20 miler simply, hope your knee gets better soon tq, and hope everyone is getting in the Christmas spirit(s) xx0 -
