Aww poor Paula, I cry at the end of races aswell, but thats mostly through sheer joy of actually finishing!
Rich can you do this WAVA thing for me please? I am 37 (just) female and my best time for 10k was 53 mins 10 secs and half mara was 1hr 56mins 17secs.
Ok so I went out for another plod this morning, managed a whole 3.1miles woohoo! (I am being sarcastic), legs still ache but surprisingly ache less after my run than they did beforehand. Todays run didn't feel any easier than Sundays though but I guess its going to take me a few runs to get back into it again.
Will try another 3 miler later this week, might even push it to 3 and a half!Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -
