    :) you must go through these same questions so often...

    Yes beer tins, correct assumption, I'm female.

    Priority is to build more stamina (and make most of free exercise), but I'd like to lose some fat as well. I do long hill walks as well, but not as often as I'd like. I might start doing the Saturday 5k park run near me as well, at some point,maybe, when I have time. :)

    I'm a happy bunny (as always:D).

    I think its the language barrier between the North and South - theres less waffle and more info up here...:p:p

    Which is your closest parkrun??

    (we do quite a few here you can tell us what a new one is like hopefully :D)
