Mooloo - ((((hugs)))) I don't know what I can say that could help other than feel free to post about it here, please... I worry about you taking on so much - please speak to the SS about help for you too. You need to keep healthy and well (and solvent) especially with this added responsibility for the little one...

    Hi fruguys and gals :)

If anyone wants their budget included in the new challenger list then I can add it in. I am going to include mine at the 4k again, as I have become accustomed to this and have lived by it for the past few years whilst sorting out a few financial blips and then slowly accruing some emergency savings. I'm still working it all out as there may be a few more changes to incorporate. :)
I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

I am still going to post on this thread, can't cope with two.

After much thought and angst, I have decided to do the 4k challenge again next year. Did not think I should, as when I move back with my parents, my only 'outgoing' will be petrol. Will be particularly sorry as moving back in means not many frugal opportunities - only occasional cooking and baking, doubtful no homebrewing etc, so I shan't have very much useful input to be honest. Then when I go to uni my whole lifestyle will be all change again!! But, I cannot imagine my life without you fine people now (how sad does that sound ), listening to your stories and reading about your activities keeps me inspired and motivated. PLUS I probably won't have any money coming in at all between Feb and Oct, unless I can find a little part time job

So, to actually make it a challenge, I am going to do 4k all in - this will include my rent, loan and bills until the end of February, when I am hoping to move back. This does not include my holiday, or any payments made to savings.

BLAIRWEECH in for 2010 please Nyk
We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment
