Welcome! :cool:does not take up as much space
The PS3 looks pretty big to me.controlers are easier on the hands
I guess it's a matter of personal taste.easier to charge the controllers you get with the console via the batterys in the xbox and havint to go out and buy a battery charger
I disagree. I find the Xbox's removable batteries to be better. If one runs out of juice, I can plug it into the Xbox to charge it, or else swap its battery for a freshly charged one.plus the ps3 has built in wireless the xbox charge extra for that privalige
That has its advantages. For instance, Microsoft have just released an 802.11n wireless adapter, which, when used with an 802.11n capable router, significantly improves the speed of its wireless connection.they also charge xtra for online gaming ps3 free online gaming
Some would argue that Xbox Live is a better online service than the Playstation Network, and its worth paying £2 a month to be able to use it.and have you heard of the red ring of death for the xbox its a very common problem
Ever heard of the Yellow Light of Death?and very xpensive to get fix
It doesn't cost anything to get fixed within the 3 years after purchase.all in all i would definately recommend the ps3 the streaming is fantastic if you download ps3 media server on to your pc or laptop you can wirlessly strem practically any video music or pictures to your ps3
You can do this on the Xbox too.the ps3 wins hands down for me
I'm very glad you're happy with it.0 -

Bit basic that Custardy. What about a view from above ~ or maybe even exact square area sizes? The slim is in fact larger looking 'from above':idea:0 -

The original PS3 is quite a bit bigger than the Xbox 360.
The Slim is smaller, but then again, it does look like a cross between a George Foreman grill and the dashboard of a 1986 Austin Metro (who designs these things?!?).0 -

lets be honest, for most people the size doesnt matter(snigger)
i have a ps3,360,HD dvd drive and V+ box under the telly
the only thing i may need to fit under there soon is a media PC but that can be sorted
ive seen 4m HDMI cables under £20 meaning there little need for consoles to be under the TV if space is tight0 -

if the update for mw2 was on the disc how come it wasnt until i connected it to the net that i was told of the update which was downloaded from the net, not from the disc. why would they have an update on a disc that you cant access and that they dont tell you about. in other words effectively hidden.0 -

one odd thing about the ps3 slim is the front to back measurement is bigger than on the regular ps3.0
