    Hi everyone

I've just got back from taking DH to hospital - he's had a lump on his finger for a while, after cutting it while DIY-ing. It got bigger and more painful this afternoon, and the pharmacist told him to go straight to hospital. He's had a little op under local anaesthetic, and we've just got back. Will fill you in with the gory details tomorrow! The upside is that the ceiling that was going to come down tomorrow won't be! As if I'd deliberately planned it!

    Have a good evening.

Just checking you all before we head up the wooden hill. Kathy hope Oh's fingrt grts better soon --- I hate gory details!!

When I first saw red wall ( Summer Pudding its called) I really didn't like it So I went for a little drive in the Sunshine Bus. I am so determined to keep my confidence driving here and like magic when I got back and it was all finished I loved it. So all is well
Try and do a good deed every day.

Well, I've finally finished a few bits and bobs. Made two boobs and stuffed one, but DH was getting far too over-excited so I thought I'd better leave the second one unstuffed... Also done a couple of stretchy hats. Now I just need to put some ribbon on the angel pocket and on some burial gowns and I'll have something to send off.

I'm at embroidery all tomorrow but if LH are starting new challenges on Sunday then I'll finish these few bits and start on something new. Trouble is, I really am tempted by the blankets on attic24 - not really charity knitting though are they?!

Now, all I have to do is get [STRIKE]David Bailey[/STRIKE] DD to take some pictures and I'll try and get them up on here and/or Wooligans.

Thanks for everyone's support so far - not such a scary/pointy thread as I originally thought!

Shezmit: After seeing your targets the other day on MSE I have done another 12 vent hats for the preemies although I admit I am struggling to finish the crochet ties, lol (the boring bit)! I am, however, a little reluctant to send after having no thanks or at least, an aknowledgment, from you, to send them. I stress that I do not do them for thanks but it would be nice to know that they at least arrived! I would have been more inclined to knit more but having had nothing to say, at least, they have arrived I am a little reluctant to send more. I realise I am not one of the 'in crowd' on here but really, I did expect better! Please do not insult me by saying you did not realise as I have your private e-mail also. I know everyone has busy lives but you have such good reviews on here I was surprised!!

I can help out with possibly cheaper postage if you acknowledge me.

    I await your comments.
