Mrs Moneypenny - what a fantastic bargain! Just think how much all that would have cost if you'd bought it brand new! By the way, 'circular' needles is the name you were looking for!

    Hi
Well no sunshine here at the moment. They keep promising it lol.
Today I am at Bowood !!! A chidlrens outing thing that's arranged by the youthworkers in the area. I must admit I can think of better things to do lol. Never mind will take a book (or two) and maybe some knitting and find a nice warm cosy corner and amuse myself lol. My 12yr old loves it there, so it will be a nice day out for her :-)
Have a blessed and prosperous day. Hugs to all in need ((((hugs)))) love yo all.

    Morning all
very dull and cool this morning but the fog has cleared now....yes I did say FOG.....can you believe it???? this weather is very strange

Had a bit of a scare with MIL yesterday her heart rate was very erratic, so they are moving her back to the heart ward today, poor old soul just does'nt know what's going on.

Jan's OH is coming along very well, has to take it easy but he is getting there :). Jan has lost loads of weight, she was only a stick ;) to start with and her clothes are hanging on her now....she was a size 10 (like me!!! O I WISH:rotfl:) so you can imagine how thin she looks now.

Shelley - I am so sorry to hear about your Mum, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family
mrs-m - O well done, what a bargain enough to keep you going for ages
kathy - crikey hope your box behaves from now on

I have managed to get some knitting done in between falling asleep on the sofa and hospital visits.
Finished the baby jumper and just got to sew the little jacket up for DIL's neice, for some reason I had it in my head she was due in August....how wrong can you be she had him last wekend :o.....so its a good job I decided to start them early :)
    :hello:Seakay,OS,f1,ISOM,chalky,salome,kinsey,DON,Jean,shaz,nice to see you all.
(((hugs))) for all the MIA's hope you are well.

    Have good days all

Im here lol - was just catching up with a leisurely cuppa. Its half term here so suspect people are busy with les enfants! Not much going on here - still doing cardi, blanket and basket! Hope people are ok and having fun rather than yuccy housework etc!

No, Pippa, not ironing, although I should be! I was asked to do a rush job for one of the online companies I write for, so I had to get that done first because the deadline was 1pm today! It was a great excuse to look at the pile of ironing and put it off - DH is not quite naked yet, so it can wait until tomorrow!

My Livebox is OK - so far! I'm just waiting for instructions through the post that I've been promised, so that I can put it right myself if it happens again.

The weather is still a bit cool but the sun is up there somewhere, and at least it's not raining.

Shez - thinking about you and your Mum.

(((Hugs))) go to all who are unwell and those who are MIA - Elaine, Maytaurus, Prfungi, LC Wilson and other. Hope you all have a good day.

I'm here now, been on the phone for two hours, sister has problems. Supposed to be gardening, which I really want to get on with because the groundelder is going to take over if I don't. I really hate that stuff.
