Welcome to the world Jayden James, sounds like you're a real laid back babe. Hugs to Mama and Grandma. Lots of love. xxx
  • Chalky - I have caught your OCD...I am back making snowmen and the sun is out - how sad is that? Decided that while I was "wondering" what to do next I would knock up some snowmen to take to family and friends while I am on hols next month, as I don't do Christmas cards and feel guilty. I really thought I had got over the Storm of Snowmen and was onto the AA, have now finished all the AA things and only have to wash, dry then pack them all into suitable boxes.
As I find inspiration for projects from all of you lovely folks, can you just post ideas to keep me busy till early May please, its that or I need to be out in the greenhouse or digging garden or well, you get the picture I would rather be indoors.

    Evening everyone,
Just a quick post as I need to get some food organised ;)

Been out for most of the day with DS2 and DGS over at OH's Mums flat, she loves to see the LO, and he is quite at home in her flat knows exactly where the fews toys and books are, and unfortunately the sweeties and crisps as well ;):rotfl:

chalky - I love to see all you are doing or have done, so just you carry on posting your lovely pics, and that goes for everyone else as well I love seeing what everyone is working on :D
Kathy - thanks for the address I have pm'd you :) Sorry to hear about your friends dog, its always so sad when they go.
:wave:May,Lorna,Pam,SunnyGirl,OS and all other MIA's hope you are all ok :)

Want to have a good go at my latest ripple blanket tonight,
I have had some navy and some red wool given me and I thought I would do school jumper's if there is enough or slipover's if not, so need to have a look through my pattern's  Trouble is I get side-tracked when I get them all out ;)

    HI all.

    Pippa - I've pm'd you!

Jean - you really should rest, you know, but I'm sure you won't!

We've been busy clearing up after all the work in the attic, and even got the lawn mowed, then had dinner and cleared up so I'm off for a shower then a couple of hours sat down with my crochet - hopefully!

Elaine - if you pop on here tonight, we hope you have all managed to get some rest and that mother and baby will be at home tomorrow. (((Hugs))) to you all.

Evening ladies - roamin - I was thinking only earlier in the year I would try and get ahead in the "knitting year" but you really have beaten me to it :rotfl:- there is always such a good project that comes up - I wish I could stock pile items - by the way the snowmen have intrigued me - knitted, croched or sewn????

And whilst roamin is asking - does anyone have any quick simple baby patterns for hats for Spanish Babies (Chalky) (not preemie) knitted - oh and just to be awkward not on circulars either - I spent a good couple of hours the other night going round in circles only finding baby hats knitted in the round

I facy knitting something different although by ability is very limited - I even knitted two boobs and I have to admit, even though I said many times differently, I quite liked doing them - but they make my hands hurt. I try and do one item then one square and so on so the last few months have been doing preemie hats, blankets and buntings for LH & Shezmit - I was only wondering today what will the new LH challenge be at the end of April

Still I should not be thinking anything too taxing as I have to pack up my stash soon - but still intend to keep out a small bag of wool and a couple of patterns for hats for example and squares. Im packing off my shezmit & LH's bits in the next week.

Oh Im rambling - off for a soak in the tub - hope we are all having a pleasant evening and one last thing - kathy sorry to hear of your friends dog how sad they have lost their friend xxxx

Hugs and love to you all xxxx
