F1 sorry that you feel so low...would suggest a trip to your GP ...lots of lovey tablets around these days so you dont have to feel like that. I can recommend them for black cloud lifting and wish I had sought help sooner than battling on. Happy to speak privately if you want to pm! big hug for you...

morning all, looks like i'm first one here today.
wet and miserable outside, just about matches how i'm feeling lol.
met up with ian yesterday, just as friends and went shopping, but the way he spoke to me and the things he said, have made me decide not to see him ever again, amazes me how someone who i thought was the one, turned out to be so wrong.
anyway on positive side, i have an aromatherapy massage booked for 10am, which i shall enjoy, then after lunch, i'm off to my craft group, where i shall take my knitting.
hope everyone has a good day
hugs all

Hi everyone. A quick one from me because I need to go food shopping!
Shaz - lots of (((hugs))) to you - it seems that yesterday was a good turning point for you, and you can now get on with the rest of your life.
We had the most dramatic weather here overnight - really strong winds and lashing rain. It's lovely and sunny now and I even have washing on the line. I see that bad weather is forecast for the rest of the weekend for a huge swathe of Europe, due to an Atlantic storm on the way, so I hope no-one has too many problems with it.
I finished another square last night - I really will count them up some time today.
Chalky - well done on perserving with the puppies. You must know that pattern inside out by now!
Thank you all for being so pleased that I got that money back!
Well, must love you and leave you and go and hit the shops.
