    Good Morning everyone,

Mioliere thanks for that link, I spent AGES on there, haven't got to the end yet, but have bookmarked loads, so many patterns so little time.
ISOM there's some knitted mary janes on there.

    Chalky thanks for the compliment:hello:

Shaz take mioliere's advice, hope you're better soon. After my cold had gone the cough stayed, but it seems to do that to everyone, cold comfort!

    F1 widow hope you're ok.

Pam you're still too quiet, hope you're alright.

Shez looks like you'll have enough for TWO stalls, well done for doing so much in an already busy life. I'm hoping to get a parcel of things for the stall off to you by the end of this week, if I just get on with the sewing up:o

Love and hugs to everyone xxx

  • Morning all; messages on here is fine unless you want to say sommat private - in which case pm me! I'll get a card tomorrow...
Will have a look for the mary janes thanks for that kinsey.
Well have come up with perfect hat solution - send to mum to unpick and finish!! - she loved amending things and I'm panicking on time to get it all done so off it goes today! Along with bday card for bestest mate whose bday it is tomorrow..naughty girl didnt remind me!
Isoke been up to mischief again and has now ascertained that the wool is in the fabric wardrobe so will now have to be moved to a new hiding place! She is adept at shelf chucking - jump up shelves and push anything off that you dot like; ornaments, glasses - whatever really! Will have to investigate some kitten training - appart from anything ese there are risks - ie singed eyebrow from getting too near josh stick and pushing candle holders off so obvious danger there! Shes definately in teh toddler stage!
ok must on! Hugs those that need them - not looking forward to venturing out as its filthy here as AP says - they sure know how to do rain in Wales!

(((Hugs))) to all the poorlies & those in recovery, I hope you are improving fast.

Kinsey - thanks I'm fine, been busy knitting things for Mum's fete, finished the baby cardi - just the sleeves to stitch & buttons to sew on. Took me 2 evenings so not bad, I can get another half dozen done if I stick at it & don't spend too long on the 'pooter. I might have to go to the wool shop & look for some darker colours, all my baby wool is pastel or white but I love babes in stronger colours. I'm also half way through another "pot holder" I'm really enjoying them - using the "double knitting" technique where you knit 2 sides at once, you end up with a nice double cloth with NO SEWING! I'm using up some of my stash, a chunky cotton rich variagated biege, cream & white.

Shaz - I agree with Mioliere - think you should see the doc.! Take care!

Kathy, glad you seem to have turned the corner, continue to take it easy, I still get tired quickly & its now 4 weeks.

ISOM, you're a gem! thanks for sorting out a card for Maytaurus, please add = Get well soon, luv Pam x = from me, ta!

Jacqui - glad you're back, take it easy!

    'bye for now

    luv

    Hi all

ISOM, thanks for doing the card, can you put "Hope you're feeling better soon, love pol X"
F1 widow, nice to see you back, glad you're ok.

Been to Bury market this morning looking for wool, but not had any luck. I'm trying to get a specific 'pastry' and 'doughnut' colour and clanger pink so I can make some stuff for Shelley's sale. I'll try in Bolton next week. I must have at least 20 diferent beigey/cream ones, but not the right one Grrrrr.
Anyway, hugs to everyone who still feels poorly.
