1.5 points for a banana!!!
I wish I could just find a list of zero point, low point and filling foods that I could print - instead of having to look them up in categories. Anyone able to help?
I'm a carb monster too lexuslass, mostly sugar!I've stepped away from the Nutella, will be having a teeny dinner with some herbal tea and going to bed early if I get hungry! lol
if you click on the 'find and explore' section of the WW website, then on 'foods', on the left hand side of the screen there should be an option to choose by point value, then just scroll down, until you find something that takes your fancy, or choose by 'cuisine' or 'type of food'
or if you click on 'food with set point values' it brings up most of the 'filling' foods

Yay well done wigwam! And a personal thanks from me for the original post
I've been in a rotten mood, feeling rotten with a rotten headache all day and I know it's the drop in sugar. Pah.0 -

lexuslass - thanks for posting that lovely list of no point foods! I'm going to get stocked up...
ailuro2 - welcome to the thread!
I have been very good this evening - had a boiled egg and a lil' slice of toast. So overall today I've had 26.5 points - 5 over my total (17 basic points plus 4.5 activity points). Not too bad, if I'd cut out the Nutella I'd have been ok! Right, I'm off to bed before I get hungry and raid the cupboard! I have a nice lentil salad ready for tomorrow's lunch so am all prepared! I will do this...

Oh and why is it that after losing heaps of weight but still having 1 - 1/2 stones to lose it seems the whole world (or everyone who is a size 10) is telling me not to lose anymore or I'll look ill!
Why if they are so concerned over how I look did they not mention my weight when I was 50 pounds heavier???????
Deep breath, moan over - good luck all xxx0 -

They're worried you're going to be wearing the same size of clothes as them;) And their brains can't handle it - it's not malicious, it's just they were comfy with good old chunky wigwam, now you're just a little tent their minds need a while to adjust to it.:DMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Im slightly confused, yesterday I had a bag of special k mini bites 1.5 points (easy) then I had another bag:o so changed it to 2 bags which then equaled 2.5 points?
Dont know why?
Anyway I stuck to my 17 points , and Im breastfeeding but havent allowed myself those extra points.0
