Tuesday ~ Living room, Hall and Stairs
Level One
Vacuum said floors.. and up the stairs.. it looks so much better when you have clear stairs
Level Two
Wipe the sofas
Wipe the paintwork.. inc. the inside and out of the front door
Level Three
15 minutes filing.. from above box/bag if you just filled one! Elsewhere if you didn't!
Dust and deweb those corners and mantel
Polish the glass and mirrors

Wednesday~ Master bedroom and landing
Level One
Strip and wash bedding.. remake bed before you need to get in it! Air bed and duvet!
Level Two
Vacuum floor
Level Three
Dust and Deweb

Extras

1. Wash windows
2. Clear and wipe all sills
3. HHI

emptied old wardrobe
freecycle old wardrobe - awaiting confirmation of collection [/STRIKE]

Just having a quick break after shifting furniture. One good thing about doing floorboards is you work up a sweat so don't need to put the heating on!

Best news is, having shifted furniture, I have discovered that there are only three more floorboards ends to strip. Once that's done, the rest will be a doddle!

Back from DD2's toddler gymnastics and we've both had lunch and DD2 is now sound asleep. I cleaned the bathroom when DD2 first went to bed hoping that it was bathroom day but nevermind, at least its done now. Think I'll go and strip the bed in a minute and start tidying in there.

SS...great news on the extra hours. Perhaps you should point DH in our direction as I'm sure with the extra hours he'll have to do a bit of flying too!!

AnW's mum...well done on your visit to the stonemason. I think its lovely (if that's the right way to put it) that you're involving Miss A & Master W so much with decisions like that. I don't think it matters whether its 3 years or 3 weeks, you have to do things at your own pace. The idea with the initials sounds lovely.

2. We need to start running down our cupboards to make room for christmas bits so make a cupboard inventory and incorporate what you can into your meal plan for the month!

Isn't that the most awful programme? I think those brats should be made to do voluntary work in a hospice or a children's home in China. Little darlings would soon be counting their blessings. Mind you, its probably a bit unfair of the people in the hosice/children's homes!I think valli has a greaat phrase which sums DD up, but I cant remember what it is. Something housedevil angeloutside? And toots, dont be daft, certainly not offended. She even tidied her room last night, without me nagging lol.

been to work, shopped on way home, made dd1 lunch...then my own lunch - am sat at desk with bowl of soup and cup of tea.
