Wednesday~ Master bedroom and landing All done Toots :j:D

Ok here goes this week!

Daily routines
washing, T F
swish and swipe kitchen T F
S+S bathroom, W T F
ironing, M T F
making beds, T F
vacuuming high traffic areas, T F
making meals etc W T F
Do at least 10 mins in spare room W T F

Night-time routines
preparing clothes for the next day, T F
making lunches, W T
swish & swipes of the kitchen and tidying the living room T W T


My extras

1. Fix DD's blind
2. take bags to charity shop(don't know how, without car!!!) in the car ready..
3. clean awning rugs
4. sort throught toy drawers in lr

Wash windows

Tuesday ~ Living room, Hall and Stairs
Finished HOURS ironing and then flew round the LR...SO DONE!!!



Extras

1. Wipe the hand rails, banisters and spindles
2. Freezer inventory & meal plan
3. Wash windows

Wednesday~ Master bedroom and landing
Level One
Strip and wash bedding.. remake bed before you need to get in it! Air bed and duvet!
Level Two
Vacuum floor
Level Three
Dust and Deweb
Straighten a few shelves

Extras

1. wash windows
2. wipe paintwork and doors
3. Check smoke alarms!

will do the bedroom tomorrow, after work, need to sort out packed lunch/tea for DD, sort swimming bag, and take her swimming. Oh and eat something myself!!!! Not hungry at the mo xx

look at carpets all this buying hence ebay as much as poss!!!!

just popping in to say "morning while it still is!!! I'm very excited as I've made a huge decision ....


DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!! .........






I've asked work to increase my hours to 3 days a week + my 2 Saturdays out of four. So I'll hopefully be doing 3 days one week 4 days the next. :j :j :j :j

I phoned my big boss today, and put forward my proposal, she was really pleased, and, after saying "i could hug you" she recovered herself and said that this fits with her strategic plan, and that she'd need to offer the hours internally, but.... ended the call asking "would I be prepared to start these new hours immediately? "

I'm so pleased, having done 3 days a week while i was training, I know how it feels, and feel confident I can do it. So, I don't have confirmation yet... but I think it sounds pretty promising!!!

My parents have offered to each cover a day a week and cover the other day alternately .... I knew having divorced parents would come in handy one day!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

AnW'sMum well done you and Miss A. What a huge step forward, I'm so pleased that it was a positive visit, and that they'll be able to do what you'd like. That's wonderful. And how lovely looking at the wedding things too. You've inspired me, I think I might inflict my wedding video on the children!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

AnW's well done with the stone mason. Some times it does take time, understandably. Even now I still find it hard to let go of some of my sisters things

SS- well done.

Well have got the electrician coming round soon to connect my hob and extractor fan :T :T Looking forward to cooking dinner tonight. Think I will have proper creamed potatoes. Previously we have had to have the packet variety.

thanks for the floorboard advice Soappie. Have tried most of that and it won't come off.....Think I need some more paint stripper and more importantly to develop some patience!!

wilf the amount of work you do its no surprise you are worn out and have you had your - top-up/transfusion/injection or whatever it is recently?????

AnW'sMum not strange at all to be dealing with it now - you had to wait until the time was right for you and no-one else. the headstone sounds lovely and by the sounds of it the stonemasons will do their best.
