I ordered £60 worth after code, although some may go back if they do not fit, but I have nothing in my history order (ordered last night 10pm)
Oh well, was worth a try until someone sabotaged it and bleated.

i just wondered if there was a chance they'd perhaps only get rid of the loss making orders and hand-pick any profitable ones (because their mark up on some items must be huge). I guess it's only a matter of time before they cancel them all then.
It's also annoying that they seem to be cancelling orders without informing anyone.
It's amazing that someone claiming to work for them has said they were aware of it and yet they didn't do anything about it. I hope the admin costs caused by the vouchers and the lost goodwill as a result of the massive backlog of genuine orders makes them realise that they ought to be a little more careful in the future.0 -
I placed my order last night at 9.46pm for 16 quid and 2 quid postage so I had 2 quid of credit. Ive just checked my status and its still in processing. Wonder whether any of us will get our order.0

I also placed my order at 9.40pm last night. My order has £13 left to pay but still has been cancelled!
How annoying! I never ever would have bought from Figleaves becuase of the high prices and this code brought a few things back to a 'normal' price.
Much too good to work!0 -

Well, someone claiming to be from their customer support said they already knew about it before she called. They would have noticed sooner or later so don't hate her too much.
On the one hand, I understand why they are cancelling orders, particularly for customers who 'spent' less than the £20. On the other hand, as others here have said they should have sent the vouchers to their 'chosen' customers directly instead of putting up a website which generates vouchers for everyone. It's not rocket science!
I am sure this is part of a cynical marketing ploy designed to get people's info into their database. It's sort of hit the wrong demographic though. MSEers: People who pride themselves getting a bargain.
Anyway, I hope they at least honour those orders which were above £20. I know that I have been eyeing their site for a while intending to buy, but I certainly won't be placing further orders if they don't put mine through. I didn't break their T&Cs and there was nowhere on that page which said you had to be on their guest list to use the voucher.'Everyone loves to read but it can be a real nuisance when you lose your place. Here's a solution. When you finish reading a page, just tear it out. You'll save money on bookmarks too!' -- Amanda's Handy Hints, Amanda Keller. :cool:0 -
I must say I do wonder how they decide who's orders are honoured. Maybe it depends on what email you address you register on the site, which has to match the one the code was sent to?0

There was nothing that said that you had to use the whole voucher against a higher value order and the t&c stated that additional postage or wrapping services could not be included - nothing that said the usual £2 delivery fee could not be covered by the voucher.
However because of the volume of multiple orders I suspect they got from many people I do not blame them if they decide to cancel the orders.0 -
Yes I Would NEVER have bought anything from them if it wasn't for the code!
I spent over £30 so if they cancel it, its their loss..
Atleast Laredoute honoured the codes last year and ive bought loads more froom them!0 -
certainly grounds for a "boycott figleaves" movement - not for the folks that wanted something for nowt, but for the folks who paid some money to their order. The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.

My wife's order (23:25 last night) has been cancelled, but no email has been issued to that effect. You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0
