I got my order this morning!
My order was less then the voucher , I bought a bra for £14.40 so as it cost me nothing I went for express delivery and it arrived via the postman this morning .

    Is this a windup?

I second this, my order was also cancelled. Mine was a £60 order AFTER the voucher and wanted to see what their sevise, products ect was like and this was the incentive I needed to try them.

They have lost a customer in me also. Very disapointed, especially as its a high order.

for this amount you would have been better off using the 10% link, the free postage one and then the £30 off £100 anyway as you would have had £20 extra worth of goods on top.
    Nice to save.

    Hello.

That offer wasnt on when I ordered the goods, but I am glad now anyway I can get them all half the price at brastop and still come out in pocket without the voucher.

I think I may send an email to figleaves to thank them for cancelling my order and helping me find brastop lol

Mine to has been cancelled......... Mine was for £40 before the voucher was taken off.

In the process of writing a strongly worded email on how cr*p they are and how I speak not just for myself, but for many MSE`ers who WONT be shopping there again !

They will have lost a big cliet base here, I dont think they realise how big MSE is.

For anyone thinking we are daft for saying this, don't forget that we havent broken any T&Cs, it never said anywhere it was for select people, its not difficult to allocate a code so they are unique to select people they could have easily done this but weirdly decided not too. The only people that should have had their orders cancelled was those that didnt pay the P&P and used the voucher as it says in the T&Cs that they cannot use this.

I for one (had I not seen braspot.com) would have been a returning customer if my order had gone through (I have a thing for underwear, worse than my thing for shoes :o) but now I will not be using them.

    Mine too cancelled

but lol at everyone saying they would never shop there again. It was clearly a mistake, one that probably would not come off and now everyone is acting like they deserved a free bra.

I appreciate it may have been a mistake - however, that does not excuse no explanation nor cancellation email. It would be polite and common sense for them to apologise for their mistake and inform people that they screwed up and can't honour the voucher.
