I agree, to cancel an order without bothering to send an email stinks of arrogance.

For anyone thinking we are daft for saying this, don't forget that we havent broken any T&Cs, it never said anywhere it was for select people, its not difficult to allocate a code so they are unique to select people they could have easily done this but weirdly decided not too. The only people that should have had their orders cancelled was those that didnt pay the P&P and used the voucher as it says in the T&Cs that they cannot use this.
I for one (had I not seen braspot.com) would have been a returning customer if my order had gone through (I have a thing for underwear, worse than my thing for shoes) but now I will not be using them.
I would also have returned but now I would NEVER buy from them again EVER!0 -
I just got this email:Dear K9Cuddles
Thank you for placing an order with figleaves.com.
Unfortunately, all the items you have ordered are currently awaiting stock.
They have therefore been placed on our 'back order' (waiting list) system and will be processed for you as soon as stock arrives in our warehouse. Please be assured you that your card will not be charged until the goods are ready to leave the warehouse.
If you wish to track the progress of your order, please log on to the website and click View Order History where you will see the current status.
We will, of course, ship your goods as quickly as we possibly can but if you have any queries in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
With best wishes

Very odd as since I ordered mine there was no order visable and now one has been added this morning at 10.30 and it says its being processed.
Very confusing, Just wondering if they have to process it to enable the order to be cancelled0 -

though probably from a processing view, they need to cancel the orders asap, to prevent them going out, and then can email later today to let us know the score. emails do appear to be going out but if they emailed us all when cancelling the order, probably quite a lot would get out OR they'd have to stop all orders and normal orders would be affected by our actions - ie like stock being shown as out of stock due to orders from here.0 -
Cancelled here. There's a link on the contacts page to mail the CEO or you can apply for a job there if you wish!!!if i had known then what i know now0

It's just rudeness and laziness that is being demonstrated by not taking the time to email people.0 -

mines now been cancelled..
Will make a point of never shopping with this company0 -
Just sent this to customer services under "complaint".Please could you kindly remove any personal details of mine from your customer database as you were so kind to cancel my order without any prior notice, a real polite touch.
Thank you.
If anybody has actual email contact addresses I could use that'd be appreciated. Then I could carbon-copy it to the ceo etc.
Is it a surprise this company is affiliated with Amazon? (Xbox 360 pre-order farce anybody?).0
