Did 30 mins at the gym yesterday and am off again today to grab another 30mins. I was pleased with myself cus I managed to eat all the rigt stuff yesterday and not pick at bits and bobs. I have decided I need to keep myself occupied in order to take my mind off food!
On the down side- had a row with OH (which came out of nowhere!) which has made me grumpy and upset, but hopefully a brisk workout will cheer me up (I cant beleive I just said that!!)lovin' this site!

Grrrrr started using my WII tonight again and it keeps losing connection :mad:. I thought I sorted it last night but it is impossible to use when it is like this. Has anyone else experienced this problem (or am I just too heavy
)
Mine did this when the handset thingy mijig (i'm technical) needed charging up. If it's the wii fit board thing that needs new batteries it tends to warn you on the screen. Hope you get it sorted!
I don't think i'll get my hour and a half dog walk in as DS is off school again. I'll have to increase the time of the wii fit instead. Not sure how the dogs will feel about standing on the board and doing step instead of a walk (I am joking!!!) :rotfl:xx0 -
Morning everyone. Its great to see how motivated everyone is. This morning Ive done sit ups again and going to use the stairs as a step workout later. (When the workmen have gone lol) Will try and get out walking later.0

Did 30 mins of wii fit last night, mainly the stepping, as that's my favourite, although also did the jog. It's a start!0

Morning all,
I've had a 40 min walk this morning and will be picking Ds2 up again on the bike. It's weigh in tonight, i've been good so it should be good news.( fingers crossed )0 -

Oooooh I like the idea of the step challenge - it's my favourite one! Which step are we going for?
I've just done 28 minutes on the wii fit but then the batteries went in the handset....Mrs B - my children have an inability to charge the handsets too!!
I gave the dogs a ten minute walk around the block and am hoping to take DS to my mum's for an hour, after he's been back to the doctors, and i'll walk the dogs whilst she looks after him.
So, my aim for the rest of today - at least to more minutes on the wii fit!!! and an hour with the dogs.
ETA - good luck with your weigh in Hollyh. I'm weighing myself on Fridays! xx0 -
Can have one for each I suppose........... open to suggestions. All for fun of course.Jan Grocery challenge
