Ooh everyone is making me feel really guilty, I have not done any exercise today
.........but tomorrow I am going to my kick boxing/aerobics class and it is a real nasty so will definately make up for it then and I have a day of tomorrow so will walk up town with my wee one. Double workout for me tomorrow then.
Thanks for the suggestions about my balance board, it is an intermittent problem I've been having for a while now even after I replaced the batteries it still loses connection. My sisters done the same and she found a site that says the battery cover is often quite loose so the batteries jump around a bit. We have put cardboard in the cover to make it tighter but it didn't work last night so will have to wait and see, maybe I should try replacing the batteries again.
Well done everyone else :T:T.
Actually you know what I'm away to get changed and have a go right now....watch this space"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -

Hiya everyone
I've managed to get up to 60 minutes on the wii fit - 28 minutes this morning and 32 minutes this evening. I was also given a donut earlier and cut it in half and gave it to the children!!!! It's a miracle!!!
For the step challenge I did the 5 minute one - can't remember what it's called - I managed 630 points. I've no idea if that's good or bad I just know my daughter is really annoyed that i've beaten her record again! Result!!
I am tired now! Hope you've lost some weight Holly xx0 -

I STS :mad:. I'm not a happy bunny, i've been so good. My leader did say though it could be because i've done so much exercise and my body needs to get used to it. Hopefully i should see a good loss next week.:rolleyes:0

Hi Holly don't worry I used to find that that happened to me when i first started exercising, I would usually put weight on the first week so don't worry (I know it's really disheartening) keep it up. Have you taken your measurements? That way at least if you are not losing pounds you will be able to see the inches come off."That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. ETA : Holly I just saw your post. Never mind babe. I'm sure you'll lose lots by next week. It's disheartening when you expect to see results on the scales, but... I bet you'll see the difference in how your clothes feel. :T :TMMSSB Club Founder Member
