    I was good again yesterday! Am pleased with my not eating the usual crud ! Got the Wii back last night so will set it up today and do 30 mins as I havent got the chace to go to the gym.
    Holly- sorry you didnt lose this week-next week you will have a decent loss! SDont lose heart!

    Hollyh dont worry as the others said its not always about the scales! And at least you didnt go up! Keep at the exercise, because you WILL be getting fitter x

    mumofjusttwo...just do one of the steps in the aerobics section and post your results!

    OH decided to 20 mins rowing last night before bed so I did the free step ( you can do it whilst watching TV how cool is THAT.)

    I Managed 2139 steps ,:T boy, am I feeling it in my calves today!!

    I see from the flylady thread that froddington needs some motivation I think she's struggling for time :(

    CPF dont worry, just aim to beat your score next time.. it will get easier. Im terribly uncoordinated!! I still keep falling off!!:rotfl:

    Im aiming for different exercise today! Maybe some running or boxing, otherwise Im going to have enormous calf muscles!!!:rotfl:

    And those that are walking further than normal (dogs or to work etc) well done and keep going with that!!!

  • Quit e pleased, woke up early and did an hour on the wii fit before getting ready for work :) Managed 584 on Step Plus, but don't know if that's any good or not, and did the boxing a couple of times (advanced one) and the jogging, then just did some of the balance ones to cool down..Bet my downstairs neighbours hated me this morning, jogging at 6.15am! Haha..
  • Well did 4 30 mins of Step Plus yesterday and I think I got 570 points :D
    Looking to do it again tonight. I like doing free step but it can get a little boring so think ?I will continue with the Step plus.

    I did 30 min of the 30 days challenge then i did some more... no more than 1 hs to be honest but today all my body is aching.... it is really painful... that game is made to kill us !! heheh........ i do not if i can switch it on today... i am really in pain.. my legs and my arms hurt.

  • Well I got the Wii Fit out last night! Didn't do too badly but my starting weight is scarier than I thought! 14st3lb sshhh don't tell anybody! :eek: And my Wii Fit age is 32, 10 years older!! :eek:
    Got 549 on Step Advanced, then had a go at the 10min rhythm boxing which left me huffing and puffing!

    I did 45 mins until my little sister came home and declared that she had to watch the one tree hill she had recorded because everybody is talking about it lol!:rolleyes:

    Oh and I ordered my Sports Active!:T I can't wait for that to turn up yay lol!:T

    Next thing is to stop eating rubbish lol! :p

    snap - I did day 2 of the 30 day challenge yesterday and this morning I feel as I have been hit by a bus! meant to be a rest day from the Active so will attempt something that will count as exercise but hopefully not cripple me!
  • Failing today, AF demands I eat rubbish and I'm really not in the mood for walking....sorry, will try harder later/tomorrow, depending on how I feel xx

    I've done my 40 min fast stomp round the park. I know I'm going much quicker, as not only am I out of breath, but my boobs are a little too bouncy when I'm walking!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    I'm still booze free, 2 days down, I'm glad about that, and last night, I really wasn't bothered. It's made me realise how much i drink out of habit. I'm also sticking to my points too. so I'm really pleased with myself. I know it's only been a few days, but those first few days are always the hardest... for me anyway.

    I going to pitch the family on the Wii.... anyone got any suggestions about what I should get, and the cheapest place to get it?? Cheers

  • all those in pain... Im saving my wii session until tonight for the same reason. I think its a shock to all our systems! Especially those of us who rarely do ANY exercise.

    I would emphasise, on a serious note, PLEASE dont overdo it, I dont want any injuries.. but dont use that as an excuse not to do ANY!:rotfl: Try and find a happy medium... a little is better than nothing and definately better than doing too much!
