Just about!! woke up with a pouding headache this morning but have just got myself on there..... 13st and BMI was 29.20 overweight. Gave me a wiifit age of 38 (I am 34).

Just finding my way around all the activities on there again (didn't think it'd had been that long since I'd used it but my DD seems to have deleted my original profile from the wiifit so I've had to set myself back up again!! )

I've added anothe 10 mins to my walking total so that's 50 mins today. The cycling was hard going today but i managed to ride all the way to the top of the hill without getting off for the first time.:j

I managed 30 minson the wii fit last night and going for the same again tonight, have been very good snack wise as took spare apples to work instead of biscuits and although they have been eaten doesnt quite have the same enjoyment as a biscuit.

Well done everyone for their progress so far - mrs b where is the free step is it one you have to unlock?
  • Hi guys. :hello:

I did my 40 minute stomp round the park with the pooch, though it wasn't quite as fast because I had company. But, I've been shopping with my Mum, trying on clothes etc, so I'm shattered now. I had sushi for lunch instead of a delicious looking caesar salad. :)

But it was my first booze free night last night, so I'm really pleased about that. Day 2 is going well.

I wondering about getting the wii for my birthday......

I'm wondering about getting the Ea active sport for my birthday in December. Mmmm!

Right, fed the children....i'm going to see if I can get the wii fit to work again. I'd got up to 28 minutes and would like to about 50 minutes in total because I didn't walk far today.

Better get off my butt then! I'll post my step score up in a while xx

Hi - can I join? My Wii fit is sitting happily behind the settee (oops), haven't used it for, well, several months. I'm trying to be good - went to the gym yesterday and today (30mins on treadmill only) and took the dog for a 30 minute walk to the park. I'm not having snacks inbetween meals, apart from the odd carrot. I'd like to loose a stone by christmas - fingers crossed, I can do it.
