I ahve just done 10 minuted stepping etc. failed at yoga as I cannot adopt the pose (I can do the breathing LOL)
But my step score improved greatly.
These are NOT any type of excercise I am familiar with so little and often methinks. DD is freestepping right now - I will try that later.

Because I have workmen in I havent done a lot. Though did sit ups when I got up and have been out twice for short walks. I did watch what I was eating though. Have done a bit of housework so that will help.

Big pat on the backs for you all!

I managed 30 minutes on the wii fit - for the last 10 minutes I did the yoga and loved it! I used to do loads of yoga and pilartes so maybe this is a way to get back into it.

The only treat i've had today is a two finger kitkat with a hotchocolate - that's my reward if I walk for an hour and a half and do half an hour on the wii fit!

So, i've managed 2/4 wii fits so far this week! xx

    Hi Everyone

Pleeease can I join in too??

I had a wiifit for my birthday (April 2008) and it has hardly been used!!

Since having my daughter last May, I was adamant I was going to get on it four + times a week... that hasn't worked out!! I also bought the EA Active - again with the intention of getting on it a few times a week... that didn't go to plan either!

I am sure this thread will give me the motivation I need! By the way, well done to all of you on here already sticking to it!! I have also just joined the free Weight Watchers trial on the Grabbit board, so with both of these, then I hope I may feel half decent by Christmas! Can't blame it on baby weight any longer... not now my daughter is 16 months old!! :rotfl:

I have two children under 3 - it's not always easy finding quiet 'mummy' time during the day, but I will try!! Could always sit them in the other room watching Iggle Piggle!! :D . I will aim to do three wiifit sessions a week initially ... any others I can manage, will be a bonus!

Grrrrr started using my WII tonight again and it keeps losing connection . I thought I sorted it last night but it is impossible to use when it is like this. Has anyone else experienced this problem (or am I just too heavy :o)
