My plan of action. Using a Mix n Match of various Healthy Eating disciplines.

    1 Cook healthier meals.
2Listen to Paul McKenna cd once a day.
3.Follow the principles of eating when hungry and stopping when full.
4 Get step count up. Start by taking longer route for daily paper. Get walking around country park again.
5 Use the stop the craving technique when I want chocolate.
6 Join exercise class when work on house is finished.
    7. Use SW books.

I did the step one a couple of times earlier - and still have no co-ordination. Then the boys hogged it for hours jogging, and now DH is watching TV. Excuses, excuses.

Off for a bath with a nice [STRIKE]glass of wine[/STRIKE] cup of tea but will make myself do my exercise dvd first.

I have drunk so much coffee today I can't see straight

  • oh ... this is just up my street Mrs B can I join.. I don't have a wii fit but I do have a gym membership that has been neglected, I was going to go back last week but "never got around to it"

So this week I pledge to do; Toning tables x 1(60mins) & gym x 1 (60mins), better stick to that if I do too much in the first week I get put off.

I will also stop eating so much junk.

I don't have that much to lose (10pounds) ideally just need to tone up and prevent from putting more on.

    Good luck everyone
