Right hen I am in. Did do the Wii before Summer holidays but...
Think I will aim to do 30 min three times a week to start of with. May do the boxing tonight but am sure that I will ache tomorrow!!January Grocery 11/3740 -
Can I join too? PLeeease? Am well overwieght (dont need the Wii to tell me that!), and feel sluggish too. Joined the gym at the beginnning of September (its free here in Birmingham) and have been a few times but not for the last few weeks. Husband was diagnosed as being diabetic last week and so will have to follow a new regime of diet (which he wont!!) and exercise (which he DEFINATLEY wont!) At mo he is in denial about it but it will eventually sink in. I think its a wake up call for all of us in the family so I am pledging to go to the gym twice a week, get the Wii fit back off my daughter in law to be, and adopt a LOT better diet. I would like to loose a stone by Christmas but would be happy with a steady weight loss if it is sustainable.
Off to the gym with my little Sis in a while! Count me IN!!:j (-me doing the exercise!!)lovin' this site!

Morning everyone!!
Well this thread has certainly given be a kick up the rear end, I dusted off my Wii Board last night and managed 20 mins free step (while watching the X Factor!) I was doing much more than this before but will build up gradually- I'm having a problem with my board though which makes it frustrating but I think I have fixed it (it keeps losing connection and stopping through the exercises).
Keen to do it later when DD is in bed-tried to do it once when she was around and she kept on jumping on the board to have a go to lol! Hopefully go for a walk later, if it ever stops raining.
Well good luck everyone else will keep you informed about how it goes.
Oh and last night my WII age was 40-I'm only 33!:o:D"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -
Can I please join, I got a Wii Fit for my bday in May, and user it quite a bit, but not as much as I should! Real and Wii Fit age - 22 so that's good, and it says my weight is just at the top of the ideal range, but I'm not happy, and want to lose a stone, by Xmas as well, to join you all0

Hi,
I've walked for 20 mins around the Castle this morning with Ds2 in between School and Nursery runs, and will be picking him up on the bike which will take about 45 mins.0 -
Morning :hello:
Right, I've started then!!
I'm back on counting points which works for me.
I've walked the dog this morning. Instead of my usual slow meander I really stepped it up. I did 40 mins very brisk walking. I was sweating, and had a good heart rate. :T
