Can i join too please. I don't have a Wii but i can do an exercise Dvd instead. I'm also going to do more walking and cycling. I joined Weight watchers almost 2 weeks ago and have lost 5lbs so far and want to lose a stone by Xmas. I'm too scared to post my weight but it's more than it's been for a long time. :eek:0 -

Thanks to this thread i've just done 38 minutes on the wii fit followed by a 40 minute dog walk. The poor dog looked at me as if to say 'but you've already taken me out for a long walk today!!' My legs ache but not too much.
My aim is to extend my dog walking to an hour and a half and to do the wii at least four times a week. I know I won't be able to do it everyday and will just get disheartened if I aim for that and then it doesn't happen.
So, a good start - thanks for the motivation! You've saved me a joining fee, a meeting fee and a load of money buying faddy food (I know what i'm like!!). This has got to work!!0
