When I first got to using mine I googled for information about unlocking and found quite a few different sites with information:D Ive also 'become a fan' of wii fit plus on facebook and theres information etc there
Think most of the activities on wii fit have unlocks for a more advanced level, am still working on wii fit plus myself though and have unlocked a few but am still working through them:DWeight Loss - 102lb0 -
Have done an hour today. Step, jogging and cycling.0

Well done Boddy - did you do that all in one go?
I thought I'd done well to do 7 ski runs. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

I don't really like the yoga but the muscle exercises I like are press up and side stand, the parallel stretch and jack knives. These are all quite difficult (for me) mind you!
In terms of aerobic exercises I get the best workout from the super hula hoop (10 minutes) and rhythm parade (advanced). After hula hooping I really feel the effect on my abs & bum the next day
Apparently I have no rhythm...0 -

Well our new Wii turned up today...complete with Sports, sports resort, wii plus and balance board.
Did the whole weigh-in and am absolutely disgusted with myself
Say's I'm 15st 8lbs and I need to be 10st at 5' 8".....:(
How did I let myself get so gross?!
I didn't like my weight or wii fit age on day one. It's kept me motivated! I'm doing at least an hour a day as well as eating less, which is unheard of for me because I generally like eating, snacking and sitting.
Really, don't get disheartened. Sometimes we need a bit of a shock to push us into making positive changes.0 -

hun don't beat yourself up its so easy to do. we struggle for months to lose 2 stone or whatever and then we weigh in at xmas and put on 8lbs or more in one week so that shows us how much eating extra can do to us so can u see what i'm saying its easier to put on weight then u would imagine u only need a few more calories. u can do it hun jump on your wii fit daily (don't worry if u don't always manage to do it every day) and find yourself a nice healthly eating plan i'm a slimming world fan so i'd recommend that but everyone likes different things so find one that suits u.
come back and let us know how u r getting on and we can support u.
good luck hun u can do it.0 -
was just thinking does anyone think it might be a good idea if we had a challenge running on this thread to motivate us to do our wii fit more like. reduce your wii fit age or a different game/activity each day and see who can get the highest score or a leader board per game0
