Just sent something with collect+ and the item was at the depot (which should take 2 days) within 8 hours of me dropping off the parcel! Looking good so far.

I'm having a problem with C+ too. Got an email yesterday saying parcel was at the shop, went to the shop today to collect it-not there and shopkeeper most unhelpful. Tried to ring Customer 'Services' to get a recoreded message saying 'sorry, we're shut, we are open mon-Fri 8-8' This was at 6pm on a Friday....

Online tracking shows my parcel has arrived at my local shop, then been picked back up and taken to the depot...so who knows where it is going now!

Back to the sender, but that sounds to be more like the fault of the people who work in the shop rather than collect+.
I would assume that the shop staff hand the parcels out to the courier rather than the courier going behind the counter & helping himself.

You may notice that I was an advocate of collect+ but found some troubling information the other day.

You only have 28 days from the last (tracking) scan to make a loss claim!!!! Very restrictive!

Check the tracking and tell the sender to get a claim in before time is up and also send you a new item.

Another day and two more extended deliveries and....promised faithfully that the parcel would get out of the depot, been in the depot for 4 days, Still not delivered!!!
Problem is that the customer can use the tracking number and can't understand why it is not being delivered.

Just used Collect+ for the first time (despite all the bad reviews)

Dropped off Monday afternoon in town, just received positive feedback from buyer (Thursday morning) - very pleased!

I've used Collect+ about a dozen times and not had a problem.

Dropped a parcel off 8.00am yesterday and it was delivered to my buyer today. Well done:T

I can appreciate people have problems but touch wood i've been lucky.

I have used Collect+ several times without any problems.

Are people aware that the cheapest rate of £3.99 for parcels <2kg, can be used for a box up to 500mm X 300m X 300mm, despite them advertising it as a Jiffy bag size.
