Just on a side note Mancunian you do not happen by any chance to work for or be involved with this bunch of idiots called collect plus do you?
As you seem to be very insistant on defending a very poor company that lies on its own website to try and get business.
I have used many couriers before over the years both as a buyer and seller and without a doubt the worst two are the Home Delivery Network and Collect plus which strangly enough seem to be part of the same rubbish company of couriers.0 -
Don't get silly george, think you need therapy regarding couriers as well.
C+ have been good so far (for me) and if I get problems they won't get my business.PLAY GOOD!

To be fair on Collect+, its probably down to bad management rather than anything else. If the shop's could be bothered to send the parcels to Collect+ quickly, then they would look a lot better. It all depends on the local shop around you really. Management, and the shops are to blame here methinks. Besides Collect+ don't provide tracking, I think any way0

In the thread I started a while ago about the home delivery network that collectplus is part of this is what happened to the seller I bought from the first time I used that seller they had 4.9 in all catagories and 99.9% with over 90000 positive feedback and were a top rated seller and used DHL to deliver my item it was a perfect transaction.
Now when I checked them out after they started using the home delivery network as a courier they were no longer a top rated seller and they only had a DSR of 4.5 in the delivery time catagory their other DSRs are still 4.9 their feedback has also dropped to 97.6 and all of their negatives are delivery related and that happened to them in just a couple of weeks of using the home delivery network to deliver their items that was a while ago and their account when I checked still has not fully recovered.
If anybody wants to use this courier and take a chance that this may happen to your ebay account be my guest but don't say I did not warn you.0 -
My recent Collect+ parcel sent arrived 3 days late (ie, on the 8th day).
Collect+ have just sent me a code for a FREE parcel (any size). Nice touch :-)0 -

Then you will have 2 unhappy buyers and double the chances of a bad set of DSRs and bad feedback on your ebay account.0 -

You can use your free voucher and they can deliver another parcel for you 3 days late.
Then you will have 2 unhappy buyers and double the chances of a bad set of DSRs and bad feedback on your ebay account.
You've made an assumption my buyer was via eBay. Well it wasn't. They didn't mind it being late as I kept them informed and I am using my free parcel to send a package to my nephew 350 miles away.
So there :-p
Top marks Collect+:T0
