Her name is cathy Jung and it's taken YEARS for her to get this shape. Why, one would ask themselves? I'd rather have my mummy tummy too.0

I realise that, I was just pointing out that they have a wide variety of lovely corsets in all shapes, colours and styles, I was under no illusion of someone putting one on and miraculoiusly having an hour glass figure over night.0 -

So I had my dress fitting today and managed eventually to get a strapless moulded cup bra in m&s near the dress shop about 10 minutes before my fitting appointment!
I just bought the biggest one they had in and it turned out to be perfect for me.
Told the lady at the dress shop who was doing the fitting about my corset problems and she said she often has to ask brides to remove their new corsets to get the dress fastened. They do give you that lovely shape but they can add inches averall as they are so heavy.
I ended up wearing a mix of m&s and Gok wan shapewear and it was fab.Good old m&s:D.
The dress is gorgeous and it fits well, the bust has to be taken at the top so it doesnt gape, but once it was pinned a little it was perfect. The bodice has boning anyway which I didnt know so I looked a good shape in it,no lumps or bumps where they werent supposed to be:o.
Jacket being made in the same purple taffetta and the lady had a mock up ready in ivory and pinned it to the style I wanted to show me what it would look like.
I have to go and see it and try it on again in 3 weeks,1 week before we leave for the wedding. Its not a busy time of year for them so I was told that if any little adjustments need done,e.g another bit nipped in at the waist, they can do it inside a day or two so it will easily be ready in time.
HAPPY!!!!:j"Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
