I know it's often easy on a forum to misinterprate how something is being said. I haven't got the impression that any of the people questioning the terms and conditions are criticising in a nasty or accusing way, but only out of concern that people may be disqualifying themselves or others, as gailforce has said. I think it's a very valid debate and I'm glad it was brought up.
