But would they all be replying in the same IP addresss if someone wins? I really don't know how office IP's work. I was just thinking that if several claims come in from one IP, Magic might spot that and someone may be dissapointed if they do.

As I said at the start, you have a right to your opinion & I to mine, you are very welcome here, as is everyone, particularly in the Comps board which is probably the nicest one in these forums. However, I did find it odd that your first post on the boards was suggesting people were doing something wrong. As someone who is clearly very interested in competitions (enough to run a club) it is surprising to me that you havent at any point since January found something to post about on here

Still now that you've posted, hopefully we'll see you here more often

Just my tuppence worth but If Magic were going to take any action with people claiming for others surely they would have spotted it and taken action by now? It's my understanding that Butterfly has claimed for winners who have received their cheques ok?

I still dont see why its surprising. Like I said you've got to start somewhere. Although I registered in Jan 2008, I never really returned to the forums, having been too busy with the Club and other things, as stated. I don't know if I will or can keep posting on a regular basis. It depends on the people on the forum really. If I find it unwelcoming I will not bother. There are probably loads of people reading this forum who think it best not to add their opinions, for fear of reprisals. I do know of lots of people who read this and never post on it.

It is a public forum free for all to join and leave and just to view it as they wish. No-one has to justify why they do or do not post on it, and no-one should make anyone feel that they do.

Having said that I do hope my point of discussion was of interest to the others.

I am still new to forums and have never used icons before so I will try and produce one to brighten up the day for everyone waiting for their mixed up name to come up. Good luck all. :hello:
