    I feel like a yoyo!

    He has got a job to see him temp for the next for weeks and more weeks may follow if more wrk goes his companies wya fingeers crossed

    Ive updated sig but as you can imagine I havent been able to put much money in places I want.

    Also had to dip into savings so £300.00 to make up there too now I wont get that done in 4 weeks unless a miracle occure.

    Fingers crossed for me lets c how I get on

    good news is ive got myself a permanent part-time job too only min wage but every little helps

    the hours ive been given mean i only need to get a sitter for 1 day so that works and saves on child care too.

    If he does get laid off again least we will have a part time income coming in at least.

  • Right ive paid all that needs to be paid out this week and got all my shopping in.

    From my weekly budget i have £6.02p left which I have quickly put towards CC. At least something going towards it.

    Hopefully will have more next week as get first real wage for a while tomorrow.

    Also got enough points to get a shopand scan voucher so that can go towards my christmas fund.

    feeling positive today every little helps lol x
  • Right just quick update ive purchased myself another £50 in LOVE2SHOP vouchers so that brings my xmas savings closer.

    I have also bought my first 4 xmas pressies as found a good sale on and thought why not that 2 people I can now cross off my list.

  • I've just read your entire thread. Empathise with the ups and downs. Everything breaks at once for me. I live alone, just split from 10 yr relationship. Want to be MF asap and can't really afford the big sums either. How do you pay off the small amounts? Do you just go in to the bank? I know this sounds dense but I want to start chipping away.
    I grow lots of stuff- potatoes, carrots, peas are really easy. Potatoes and carrots are good in pots too. I began eating my spuds at the end of july and they should last into November, if I'm lucky. Carrots stay in the ground until I want them. Sign up for the BBC Dig In campaign and get free seeds, aswell as online tips. It's been running for two years and I sign me, my dad and a few of my mates up when its time.
