    Hi Stacey Daisy,

Well done on staying positive. It's frustrating when things don't quite go according to plan, but it's a long haul, so six weeks stagnation isn't the end of the world.

:j for the tomato plants and runner beans. Seeing one's plants thrive is so rewarding!!!

Good news for a change whoop whoop

My next mortgage payment is the last one on 6.94% and then I go onto the SVR of 3.5% yeahhhhhhhhh long time waiting lol x

My tomato plant is getting huge im really impressed altho my runner bean plant is growing its showing no signs of runner beans.

Thing will be tight money wise for us for the next two weeks but then hopefully things are gonna start returning to normal.

    have a good day guys

ps . If the boe does rise bu say 1% do we reckon the banks will raise theres by 1% because when the boe fell they didnt drop them the same..... hope that make sense lol x

    I love QB's 'woohoo' smiley :)

Glad things are getting a little easier stacey :)

My pea's are doing the same as your beans, growing but no sign of any pods yet *shrug* will keep watching them and then will probably have an explosion of pea pods :D

About the BOE I have no idea but I will need to learn about mortgages and the BOE soon as the property we are trying to get is a Rent to Buy, so will hopefully purchase 50% of the property in 3-5 years :)

hi stacey, just been reading through your diary and its nice to see that any little overpayment helps. Ive been reading posts on here for a while now and whilst its great to see folk paying £xxx's each month I realistically could only afford around £20. So you have inspired me to get cracking!
