Hi - I've been reading your diary for a little while now and have only just crawled out of the MFW woodwork (I've been a little bit scared so far!)
I'm also making small overpayments - £75 a month standing order, then rounding down my bank account as and when. My smallest overpayment so far has been 8p!
Good luck with the garden, by the way. I've also attempted strawberries, but three plants have completely died.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -

Also ordered a £10 voucher from shop and scan so that will go in my xmas fund.
Hoping to pay something off the CC at the end of the week and also maybe just a lil payment of the mortgage and a little to add to the savings pot. Im not fussed if each of them get £2 each it all helps.

Hi there - take a look at http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/after_you_buy/making-complaint/template-letters/SGA1979/
I bought a bosch fridge, two years later it wouldn't keep food cold  turns out it was an inherent flaw with that model. It was outside of warranty period, I just quoted sale of goods act (see site above) and sent a letter based on template to retailer. Result: engineer came round (twice), fully working fridge, no cost to myself :money:. Did have to push the retailer a bit, but was worth it. Sale of goods act states a reasonable period of time for things to last (about 5-6 years) so within 18 months I think you deserve it to be fixed or replaced.Mortgage [STRIKE]16/03/2011: £190K 01/01/2017: £107,729.65 [/STRIKE] 01/07/2017: £95,979.89
