Oh, I've just had another four hours sleep :j OH is looking suitably frazzled though
He brought Rhys to me (dressed in too small trousers and too big socks, but I'll let him off) and he was lying with me in bed, all smiles and gurgling
(OH usually gets the nice bit).
Opening the post to find Rhys' MRI scan appointment - morning of Monday 5th October
Got to be there at 8am and it says not to give breast milk after 5am or water after 7am. He's fed every three hours (little tummy can't hold any more), poor mite is going to be starving when we get there! There better not be any delays - it took them two hours past the app time to get organised for a little one last time!
It says will be home 2-3hrs after the procedure but that's preprinted on the letter (one of those with dotted lines that they write Rhys' name and the time and date on) so it might be different for him. Better work hard on the expressing to feed him back up after that one then!

Cradle cap, my friend recommended Trichomania from Lush it cleared up Celia's cradle cap really well so it's worth a try. If you ask them for a free sample as well they'll usually give you one and it really lasts I've been using our sample for nine months now and it's not even half gone!Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0

I assumed it was a bacterial infectionAnti-b's are o good against a virus though, you need antivirals for that
:D
I hope he gets better soon!!
My dad got pneumonia before Christmas, Mum woke up to find him struggling to breathe too  Thankfully my sister was home and called the ambulance and knew how to help him until they got there.
xx
My Dad had meningitis the christmas before last (what is it with Dads getting seriously ill at christmas?!) His GF had to call an ambulance out ot him twice... He refused to get in the first one and they couldn't force him to go with him even though they strongly suggested he should... Then when he went delireous and didn't know what was going on, they took him into hospital and he thought he was being kidnapped... 2 days of antivirals later he started to come round a bit....
Tia, glad Amber hasn't given up on breastfeeding completely
My Mummy's on her way round... She got back from America yesterday... Can't wait to see what she's bought [STRIKE]me[/STRIKE] the girls back!!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Bruges trip booked for late Nov, into the unknown we venture!
very exciting. Now to parade the tiny child on the common. Quiet here today, everyone out enjoying the good weather I hope (or sleeping in Elle's case
)! Elle, is it worth asking the hospital about the whole 5am/8am no feed thing, just to say, 3 hrs is his reasonable limit, will the MRI actually happen at 8, etc? I'd be nervous if I wasn't sure

Nope, not sleeping. Been playing with Rhys, who (amazingly!) has been awake for the majority of the day with only a few short naps. High contrast to yesterday's sleep-a-thon!
Also been thinking more about Christmas and how I need to start getting more organised!
Will ask at the ward tomorrow (bloods) and also the community nurse on Monday. Have a feeling the ward won't know as it's not very often they do MRIs on children here so will get the message to the consultant via the nurses. Have been looking at the calendar and we're seeing the consultant a week after the scan so hopefully she might have the results then (though not sure if that's something to look forward to!).0 -

right this is gonna sound silly bit how long does one of these boxes last you. I only ever buy the carry packs or the bigger ones of them as am always worried I will be left with nappies of the wrong size.
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0
