I think Glam (and Sparkle) sounded very 'normal' like you and MFD.

If I speak to someone from elsewhere, they say i'm scouse..... but if I speak to someone from Liverpool, i'm so not!
    ...
I'm off to bed too now - i'm up far too late tonight! I'll regret it tomorrow.

    Night ladies. xxx
Glam has that smattering of southerness that I can't impersonate and was nothing like I heard in my mind

Nighty night, I'm off too. You coming Elle? ;) :rotfl:

    Ohh err.. :p

I have Rhys' things for tomorrow to pack, and the bag for the play gym to find first.. want to get sorted in case we have a bad night and I'm not up to organisation in the morning! I have mum on standby to drop everything and come here to fetch Rhys so we can get ready to go in peace if he's being a ratbag in the morning

Night night Sami and 3 xx

Nice wife took the night shift for mostly-dead exhausted Husband, who has not moved in nine hours in bed - I've been sleeping beside Molly's crib on the sofa, and once I've expressed I'm going to find a stick and poke Husband to make sure he isn't dead :rotfl:

He always complains about how hard it is to resettle Molly after night feeds - I never have any problems with it. It's weird, and I wonder what he's doing differently.

    Edit: Good morning all!

Morning Sugar (and anyone else who's awake??)

DH kindly got LO from his room and put him in our bed, where he decided to grind his teeth :o so I have left him chattering away to Daddy :rotfl:I'll go get him when it's time for his breakfast.

I was so proud of myself last night, I did the nightime routine all on my own and Daniel went out like a light, normally I get very stressy and he won't go to sleep for me, even when DH came in he was impressed. :D

So this weekend is sorting out the front room as we have a new sofa coming on Monday, can't wait to get rid of my yucky leather one :D and sit on something alot more comfortable, plus we won't get the "too sticky" feeling when it's warm and the "too freezing" feeling when it's cold.

On accents I just read you all as like me, although I'm not sure what me is as I'm from a scally bit of Manchester but I don't talk scally (hmm if you met me some of you may disgaree :p) or at least I don't sound as bad as the Gallaghers (Oasis or Shameless) and I don't sound like I'm off Corrie either (I get this alot on the phone at work )

on the stressy mum/stressy baby I find amongst my RL mum friends that stressy mums don't necessarily have stressy babies but the mums perceive them to be that way IYKWIM?
I wonder as well whether laid back mums might have a stressy baby, but not label them as this and just work round it/laugh at it/do something else?:)

We went to the park a year or so back, and DD wouldn't go on anything - her mum, several times, reminded her that she didn't like swings/slides/roundabouts and didn't want to go on them!
A couple of weeks later, I took the DD to the park without the Mum coming with us - and she had a whale of a time, going on everything! She was obviously not as 'dangerous' as my DD, but she still had a go.

I try really hard not to become that kind of mum. It's one of the reasons why I had a home birth. (I know that won't sound logical, but believe me there's a special weezl logic at work there, but I won't bore you all!)

I was up past my bedtime sami cos we were doing the dream feed later in prep for the clock change.:p:D

My parents are having Ferg tonight, so goodness knows if they'll carry on with our pattern! :)

A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
