Busy few days here so hellos, hugs, congratulations, commiserations and naughty giggles wherever appropriate - I've only read the last page and probably won't be on much today either.

It's snowing here I'm going to have to put on shoes as opposed to sandals And maybe a hat and a scarf And when winter starts this early it tends to end late as well, so it might still be like this in April

Edit: we're going to my parents' for Christmas. Husband's parents are dead and his siblings, aunt and cousins are all in different places. Plus some of the relatives are Jewish so they won't be celebrating anyway. It's important to us both that Molly get a large-scale noisy family Christmas, and since Husband's really not Christmas-minded the best place to do it is at my parents'.

We used to alternate between mums and my aunts but now its us and mums. We have had Christmas last 3 yrs at ours, easier with newborn and was going to do that this year but my mum says she ought to do it, cant see why as OH does all the cooking anyway. He is not bothered about seeing his parents at Christmas normally and especially this year as none of them bother coming to visit us, so I dont even think we will go at all. My sister has to alternate between parents and ILs and think she would rather not if she had the choice !

Morning. I'm having 10 minutes to myself before getting ready to go out.

Christmas: One big stress that's totally unnecessary if you ask me. I want to have christmas the 3 of us at home, but IL's take it all way to seriously (and I am NOT offering to have 15 for dinner at my house!). So we planned to go to my parents for a few days then on boxing day go to IL's then home for new year. (i find myself having to do all things equally so I can ustify things being 'fair' between parents - my parents are relaxed and don't mind, but IL's are very demanding and don't like to feel they are getting more from us IYKWIM). However, DH announced last night he's working christmas eve, meaning we couldn't leave until that evening and I'm not doing a mad dash anywhere on christmas eve!!!! looks like I may get my way afterall

My LO is soo cute - yeterday she actually started covering her face with a muslin when we were playing peekaboo! However, I'm exhausted all the time and when she does finally go to sleep/bed I find myself having to do all those jobs I can't do when she's awake. I need a day to myself away from babies and husbands! We are getting to have an evening out tomorrow night, but DH wants to go to the cinema to see a film that I don't!!! oh well. Sorry for the moan.....

We are off to our sensory class this morning. Have fun everyone

hey just a quick stop in before i have to go out .......... again on the xmas we've spent the last 4 xmas as just us 3 now 4 i hate all the "you should be at mine" and arguing, philips not really fussed a long as he gets his xmas dinner so we stay firmly at home ...

oooo does anyone know where i can get baby tubs for food x

I just asked Alice if she liked a dress on ebay and she said she likes it but it won't fit because it's too big.
