    OK, I have a little problem. DSD has just phoned to invite DH and I out for a meal with her, her boyfriend and his mum (and possibly his brother). She said 'I'm asking you now so that you've got time to get a babysitter'. I hope this doesn't sound awful but I don't want to get a babysitter. I haven't left her with anyone yet (only with DH for about 20mins!). There's no-one I'd be happy to leave her with. Would it be unreasonable of me to say I'm taking her with me?

    skinty - possibly a stupid suggestion but... have you remved the parcel shelf?

    Lilia is just a little younger than yours and I wouldn;t leave her either - I haven;t even left her with OH. I'd just say she goes with you or you don;t go. I think that's reasonable at 3 months.

    Yeah, we even tried putting the seats down, putting it in that way then putting them back up, but it won;t fit :(

    I'm feeling similar about the house stuff getting on top of me and I'm, right now, trying to work out a day (amongst appointments) for my Mum to have Rhys for the day for me :o (ETA: And, yes, I hate the idea of "palming him off" on someone else for the day but for the sake of my sanity, I think I need to... and so you do *hugs*)

    *nasty pokes* to DH :p
