AF, the easiest way to make cheese sauce is mix a spoonful of cornflour with some milk and heat it until it thickens then chuck in some cheese...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Nope, we've never been told to be any extra careful with sterilising :) I was just reading the packaging of the food pots I bought the other day and it mentioned sterilising and I realised I'd not thought about that! Suppose I should do the bits that come into contact with milk, like the baby rice? :o

ETA: Need another steriliser tub!
If you're just mixing it then feeding it straight to him then I think it would be fine... If you're going to be mixing it and leaving it for a while (going out etc) then maybe sterilize it then?

Yes I'm sure, just PM me your address and I'll let the fairies know :)

ETA: No you don't need to taste the cheese sauce... As long as it's thickened up it'll be fine... And it doesn't taste like warm milk anyway ;)

i love what you feed B. i think it's brilliant. dont know why people should criticise you. he's happy and healthy so two fingers i say.

and where's our latest pic you promised :-)

    x

    Sent you 2 ;)

I forgot to say. Benjamin seems to like his food cold - so I tend to feed him some things straight out of the fridge :o including mash etc. Although my MIL has said that if she catches me doing it she will serve me my sunday roast out of the fridge and see how I like it :rotfl:

I always heat up things with meat or lots of fat in them though (to let them go cold again!!)
    I bloody love you :p:D

    He does have good taste...

Our first dance was to the song on the plane in the wedding singer... But the song we class as our wedding song is Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol... My friend sang it as we signed the register... He did it so well Dave welled up!

Aw - I love to see a man cry!!
We signed the register to a song called 'I hope that I don't fall in love with you', everyone thought we were mad but it describes how we got together perfectly!! :D

I don't BF anymore so don't nurse to sleep. She won't fall asleep at the bottle unless she's zonked and I have to cradle her to sleep - if I lie her in my arms and sing 'baa baa blimin black sheep' a million times she eventually closes her eyes and cuddles in to sleep!

LOL - it is Twinkle Twinkle here...progressing to a whisper and getting slower. Sometimes I even just sing 'Sleepy, sleepy, sleepy, sleep' to the tune :rotfl:
