Throw in the bones, add a splash of vinegar (helps take nutrients out of the bones), cover with water and then leave it on low overnight. I never specifically add salt to it although sometimes there will be a bit because I often put salt/pepper/herbs on the meat before I cook it. The time to add salt would be when you're actually cooking something with the salt because then you can taste and see how much you want to add.

The only thing with that (having looked at the link Elle posted) is that the cot bit is only suitable for nine months.

While i'm still here and I know you girls are great at finding things:D I am trying to find if there is such a thing as a Sponge Bob wallpaper/stick on Mural.... I doubt I could afford to pay someone to come and paint one on for me, so this is the next best thing...failing that I will just paint the room and use a border and some pictures to create an effect.

I did find one but it is very small I need a big long one...
