All I remember from the last 41 pages is Sugarspun had nightmare visitors, there was a conversation about jam, Searching posted a great deal on a slow cooker and there's been various clow cooker discussions. Also some weaning discussions and Rhys has an MRI scan where he's not allowed to eat for three hours before hand and Tigerstoonie's baby has been doing well and putting on lots of weight. I think Dylan might be better at hand opening too (but that miught have been earlier). Lots of people have posted lovely pictures and we've been discussing Christmas shopping.
Wow - I remember more than I thought.
Oh lots ofpeople seem to have had bugs too. Caz is moving this week and Scruffy had someone seem keen on buying their flat.
ETA: Also sleep discussions and accident prone babies/newly walking toddlers.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Welcome back Choppy, I have absolutely no recollection of the last 41 pages I am afraid
maybe someone will come along to help soon
the BF problems sound like they might easily be teething-related...
Thanks guys. I am going to persevere with it as I would like to carry on, but it's so hard when I know she's hungry and she's crying but it's hurting her to feed from me.Krystaltips wrote: »Choppy, when breastfeeding, the nipple goes all the way to the back of the throat (where to roof of your mouth goes from hard to soft... It's the rubbing on the hard bit that makes most people sore... Because the nipple isn't in the right place...) It is more likely that her ears are aching or her gums are sore if you think it's teeth... Feeding from a bottle takes an awful lot less effort than feeding from the booby so that's probably why she's got a liking for it...
Try not to read too much into the bobbing on and off... It's very common for them to do this, and do keep trying at feeding her yourself if that's the way you want to go forward...
And well done on the nipple shields!!!!
I'm still not feeling well... Can't stop today though, the in laws are coming and the house is nowhere near visitor standards... And hubby wants me to make chicken and mushroom pie with suet pastry... Which involves going to the shops and actually buying chicken and mushrooms...
Still... He left me some money for it which makes a change... And there's a lovely little cake shop down there...[/QUOTE]Krystaltips wrote: »I'm still not feeling well... Well done to Andrew and lots of love to Rhys.
Hugs to SS on the nightmare visitors too. I hope they've left you in peace now
Eeek, Xmas shopping. I've usually done quite a lot by this time of the year but am pretty far behind this year. Why couldn't I be blessed with a calm, contented, sleeping baby so I can get on with things?
Morning everyone, I will be back in a few weeks time to see how people are. Bye bye for now. xx
