I am so confused with this.... I did two small orders, and yesterday I got a canx email and a paypal refund for 1 order, and a despatch email for the other order.

But then today I have got another email from "Mace" with the same wording as everyone else... 'Unfortunately due to a technical problem with a promotional code you used on your order, we are unable to process your order on this occasion and your order has been cancelled.'

So... I have no idea if that email is just reconfirming the canx of the first order, or if my 2nd order is now canx as well, and if so where's my refund?!? : - (

Same here had one email saying its been cancelled and another 5 hours later today saying its on its way.
My mum has also had the same..

my order was cancelled and refunded yesterday, due to no stock and today I have hade a email from mace stating the same about the code and that they were cancelling my order????

just for any one who might be thinking about buying..........

i got married in april on the beach at clearwater in florida! and i found the Bridal Taffeta Prom Midi Dress by evans through mse and lots of hunting down!! i bought brand new through e -bay though!! for 49.00

it is in the sale now at 40.00!!!! and would be 35.00:T with the code!! and is a very pretty dress i loved it!!! is a great great a wedding dress for a simple or beach ceremony or even as a dress to change in to after the wedding!!

sound like i bloody work for evans!!!lol:o

Hi, The original canx email and paypal refund did have an order ref on them, so I know which one was cancelled, but the email from "Mace" received today is just all text, and no order ref etc is quoted at all, so I am still in the dark if just one order is canx or both.

Going off topic slightly... I know a lot of people on here ordered PJ bottoms from Evans, and for anyone who has had their order canx, I bought some this morning from Ethel Austin for £2, and its a 20% off everything day too.... :j (Not sure if this at all stores but work a look)

i got the mace email too, after one saying that an item was out of stock. maybe they cancelled the order because my total only came to 6 quid, so with one item out of stock it was only 3 quid, which was more than the 5 pound off?? oh well, was only ordering the t-shirts for sleeping in anyway...
