Ive just had this email too, but I dont know if its about the order that was cancelled yesterday, where I used 2 codes, or the legit order I did this morning, using only the code they sent me? Its just has that mans name on it, no order number or anything!

Arcadia group is part of the shopping group Evan's belong to I believe.

At a guess I would say because you've used the code numerous times it's flagging up something on the site

did you copy in the right tracking number and not the order number at the side of the item cos i've just done that and tracked it with Hermes and on mine it says order generated.

I only used the code once tho and i'm an account holder and paid using my store card so no idea why mine was cancelled
