i had mine cancelled as out of stock-but it will let me order again and they are in stock - is this normal does anyone know?

morning all....i had my order cancelled yesterday stating they were 'out of stock' yet i also got this email this morn....seems they dont like us all using two codes at once eh

i've not tried today i caned evans enough last night and the day before lmao. so far only 1 cancelled order the rest e-mails for despatch, waiting to see what happens on the stuff i ordered last night fingers crossed

Im confused now, had you tried ordering again after cancellation email then got this one? When i go to track on home delivery network site it says the number i entered is invalid?

i spoke too soon i got the same e-mail due to a technical problem blah de blah but it doesn't tell me which order they cancelled there's no details on the e-mail. i checked my account and there's only 1 order cancelled which i knew about so i'm as confused as u upsy.

Very confusing, the email was from "Mace Valendran" And not just "Evans" like other emails. Looked on orders on evans.co.uk and it still only says the one cancelled which was from yesterday
