Strange, mine is traking with hermes (Is that the one that was parcelnet?) Mines taking me to the HDNL website and this is what i get...

"The UPI entered is invalid. Please check and try again. "

How strange - perhaps they have put a hold on the code?

Was it the code from this thread you were trying to use or one they had sent to you on an out of stock email?

yeah it's the parcelnet one, i reckon evans have just got their heads up their backside to be honest even we are getting confused, wonder what it's like at their offices...

I used the free delivery one from here an a £5.00 off one they sent me....very strange

I think its because you used more than one code in a single order

I've had an email to say it's on it's way. Mine's also being sent via Hermes and they've given me a tracking no. Looking good - phew x

Ok im such a dope! Mine is also being sent by hermes, i just read further down the email and it mentioned both hdnl and hermes, didnt see the hermes before tho lol

could be i suppose...but it wouldnt let me use the £5 off and the 20% off one together so if the two i used were not allowed then surely they would have just stopped me entering it as it did with the others

I aked them why my order had been cancelled and have just received the following reply:-

'Unfortunately due to a technical problem with a promotional code you
used on your order, we are unable to process your order on this occasion
and your order has been cancelled.'

Technical problem I assume means they didn't realise how many people would get hold of it!

I placed another order after that one had been cancelled but I don't hold out much hope for it.
