Evans £5 code and free del code - got £6 gifts delivered for £1- not just clothing

well ive put another order in...my original one (that is in stock even tho they mailed and said it wasnt !) plus another top...used the £5 off code...had confirmation email of my order....lets wait n see if it was the code

Just got this e-mail from customer service:

"Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. As you received a �5.00 off discount, you were not eligible for the free delivery."

I am confussed too i had email saying item out of stock but it was still on website so re-ordered and now ive had an email from mace saying the same as everyone else but looking at my account on-line it said it has been dispatched. I've not had a refund so we will have to see what happens.

I had the e-mail from 'Mace' too but by the looks of it it relates to the first order I placed yesterday.

I ordered the same items again this morning and these are still showing as 'New Order, not yet dispatched'.

Has anyone actually received their order yet?

I havent had delivery yet, or any more email contact (yet!) But when i go to track my 3 orders i get ..24/09/2009 09:04 Hub Sorter Receipt Scan

So im assuming those 3 i will get as they are with the courier by the looks of it now
