Well after asking which order they had cancelled (I'd ordered some boots and then some tights on this offer I just got the following)

you need to make an order for £6 at least for it to be accepted if that helps.

I think you might of got that reply because you replied to an automatic email thing, on there site there should be a proper customer services email where you can ask them

Well I've got got a despatch note for the order I placed after they cancelled one. Bit silly of them as it cost £1 less than the first order!

I got cancellation emails too for orders i made last night but mine were for a pair of full price jeans with the £5 off and a pair of full price pumps with the £5 off!!!
