still being really lazy in bed but I have written my shopping list for next month, I underestimated last month by a long shot, but i think it was more because we had people round for dinner etc, which always pushes up the budget.I shouldn't actually need to go shopping until OH is coming back so not until the middle of the month. But I think I have got over and above what we need and have tweaked and tweaked until its about £100. I'm hoping that will be it!! haven't actually done a cupboard inventory which I do need to do, before I actually go shopping. just going to nip downstairs and make a cuppa and do the cupboard inventory....

    back soon

right I didnt get to do a cupboard inventry, I'm actually feeling rather run down and tired, so I'm still in bed... think its all the working late and the two nights out I've had..... crikey I must be getting old.

I must do some washing and tidy up a little.

I need to get organised for my week ahead at work so I'm not so stressed, and I actually need to sit in the living room and watch tv or read or do something constructive, or have some pamper time in the bathroom, rather than just go straight to bed and watch tv in the evenings. I need to take care of my health and well being.

I need to start eating properly and exercising more, especially if in the near future we will be trying for a baby.

    So diet will be:

    porridge for breakfast
    an apple
tuna or chutney sandwich for lunch
    crisps
    an apple
    soup for dinner

I need to go on the sunbed and to do my toenails and put some false nails on that I have in my stash to try and grow mine. I will do the nails tonight and go on a sunbed tomorrow so that I feel slightly more human.

    xx

Great news about the job Missy. Enjoy pampering yourself! I sorted out my roots this morning and feel a lot better for it! Might do my nails too

lol well it inspired me to clean up upstairs atleast, which is a major achievement as the mess was atrocious.

just done downstairs and am just ironing my uniform now. so although i spent most of today in bed feeling poorly atleast I have done something productive.
