Have had a lovely day out for a long lazy lunch with my brother and mum...food was fantastic and so not slimming world (hey have had a the day off from it today as there was just no point!) So had birthday cake too...whoops!

Have a the sore throat from hell now though!

Toto I totally get that lack of energy feeling at the beginning of healthy eating. Its the sugar withdrawal!

What a beautiful day and it's a lovely evening. I'm still outside.
Cooked the church lunch, been to Hobbycraft and Asda with a friend and she has now gone home to feed her OH.
Still not ironed the settee but what the heck!:o

It's lovely out here but my feet are getting cold.
Maybe need to put dinner in the oven too. Didn't think I'd need dinner after a free lunch but I do!

Ive eaten loads of carp today yet I am still hungry but trying not to continue eating rubbish but the cupboards are bare apart from bread...no no no I musn't!
