    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I had a tuna/mayo/salad for dinner.........with lots of beetroot :D A Galaxy would be the perfect pud :D

    I'm on a beetroot addiction at the moment. At one point today I had 3 jars in the fridge (I finished a jar with some ham earlier! )I decided to try the Asda 30p Smartprice stuff and had some with dinner - it's fine!
